     The apartment is close to the centre, in the south of the Latin Quarter near the famous street market in rue Mouffetard. The area is residential and has numerous cafés and restaurants. The Jardin du Luxembourg is 10-15 minutes walk away and the Seine and Notre Dame are about 20 minutes by foot.
     Places to visit include the Paris Mosque, the Jardin des Plantes and Natural History Museum, the Pantheon (the mausoleum for famous Frenchmen like Victor Hugo), the Arènes de Lutèce (the ancient Roman arena), the Manufacture des Gobelins (tapestry workshops) and the Cluny museum (Roman baths and medieval history). Otherwise, enjoy the simple pleasure of sitting on the terrace of a nearby café and watching the world go by.

     This « Roomy studio » is situated on a courtyard behind the main building. It has been recently renovated to a high standard of comfort by its owner who has paid attention to every detail.
     The lounge room has a window and a glass door that open onto the courtyard. A converts convertible sofa (W140cm) allows 4 people to sleep. There is a small table with a lamp, a commode, a coupboard and a table with two chairs as well as a flat screen cable TV and an Internet connection with WIFI. The telephone has free calls to numerous countries.
     A modern kitchenette has two plaques electriques, a fume hood, a microwave, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer.
     Next to the living room, separated by a curtain there is a double bed (W140cm) with a bedside table and lamp. A built in wardrobe has space for luggage.
     The ensuite bathroom has a big shower, washbasin and mirror, heated towel rail, washing machine and hair dryer.
     There is also e a baby bed, iron and ironing board and a fan. All linen and towels are provided.
